I am an elementary school teacher who enjoys the challenges and rewards of learning new things and then instructing children and watching their horizons open before them. I am rather shy on first aquaintance, but as you get to know me, you'll find out that I'm also adventerous, caring, a great listener, loyal, energetic (that probably comes from working with kids all the time), and unique. I enjoy walks through the woods, swimming, skating, reading, watching a good movie, singing, playing the piano, traveling, and spending time in good company. I have a deep seated passion for learning languages and about other cultures so I can relate to people around me. I have found it helps to break down barriers that would otherwise stop a friendship/relationship from occurring.
