| Self Description | | I'm a simple kind of girl looking for the same. I sew, cook, and read like a fiend. I am a very liberal Christian (Episcopalian). But you can be whatever feeds your soul. I am not a member of the Religious Right, and I firmly believe in equal rights regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation. I believe there are many paths to One Source, and that God is too big for just one religion
I rarely watch TV. I do like movies. I spend most of my time with my teenage daughter, working on creative projects and hanging out with friends.
I enjoy the outdoors. But every once in a while I like to dress up and party hard. I love to dance. But I also like to hang out at home and do whatever.
Literature is an important aspect of my life. My favorite authors include: Annie Dillard, Neil Gaiman, John Steinbeck and Solmon Rushdie. My musical tastes are also diverse. I dig all kinds of different genres: Southern Goth/Bluegrass, Americana, Industrial Techno, Middle Eastern as well as swing jazz and classical. This list is by no means complete. I just don't do mainstream country too well.
My perfect match would be equally comfortable with silence, as well as Rage blaring from the stereo while we putz around working on our own projects. Laughing when things go horribly awry and celebrating when they actually come together.
My life is simple: work, home and love. Throw in some travel and it's perfect.
