| Self Description | | I am a very energetic lady who is very happy and content in life. I was widowed nearly four years ago, but have been doing the things I feel God would be most honored in as I live daily. I have a son, and a bonus son, I have eight grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. I love to ltravel, I enjoy working and I have so much to be thankful for. I live each day with a desire to be molded into the life that Jesus Christ would be glorified through. I am a retired public school teacher of 31 years, and am still working 32 to 40 hours a week as a Publicity Secretary at church. I love to be around people, I teach Sunday School and teach several discipleship classes when called upon. I've never seen a baby or child I did not love. I am active in the Republican Women of my area, I sing in the Worship Team, I love to scrapbook. I visit and minister to the shutins. I love to cook for people, but hate to cook for one person. I enjoy good movies, horseback riding on occasion and totally love to go on cruises. I would love to live where the ocean is near by. I dearly love to walk in the sand, and know the sound of the waves and feel the gentle breeze from the ocean. I am not afraid of doing new things, trying new things. I went to South Africa and spent four weeks doing mission work. I loved teaching the children and going into the orphanages to love the babies. My life is full, and I want to live each day to the fullest. |
