| Self Description | | Let's see, where do I start? I am 43 years old but I don't feel like it. I really don't like the idea of growing old. I am the mother of 4 wonderful kids ages 22, 19, 12 and almost 19 months. I am absolutely CRAZY about my kids.
I've been in church all my life. I am Southern Baptist and I love the Lord. I don't know how people who don't know the Lord make it through life. I asked Jesus to come into my life when I was in the 4th grade. Was baptised when I was in the 6th grade. I am active in the church as are my children. I would love to have a marriage in which God is the center of our relationship, IF I every marry again. I am currently divorced and right now I'm very satisfied being single but it's nice to have someone special to talk to and maybe to do things with from time to time. I'm leaving that in the Lord's hands.
I am a Registered Nurse. I have been an OB nurse for 20 years. I love my job but I wish I could be home more than I am. I work 7:00pm to 7:00am 2 days a week.
I'm very close to my family and we all live within 2 or 3 miles of each other, all except for my youngest sister. I live in a very small town and I love it here.
Some of my favorite things are gardening, going for walks, mowing the yard, playing board games and working puzzles, watching movies, going for drives in the country, camping, horseriding, boating, scrapbooking. I also like to read a good book and to sing praise and worship songs. I love to do new and exciting things! Going up in an ultralite is AMAZING!
I'm not really into jewelry, facials, pedicures, etc. I don't normally wear make-up. I'm just an all natural easy-going girl.
Now, it's really hard for me to list characteristics to describe myself but I'll try. I'd say that I'm compassionate, loving, faithful, dedicated, nurturing, determined, optimistic, trusting, dependable, religious, hard-working.
I really don't know what is going to happen in my life next, no one does. I just pray for the Lord's will and for wisdom and insight to see it. And I pray that you will have that wisdom too. May God Bless your search and mine. |
