| Self Description | | After living in over populated Miami for 6yrs I have found moving to the country a refreshing and relaxing experience. It's so nice to be back with such friendly people and southern charm.
I am out-going (in a Southern Lady kinda way), I enjoy meeting and talking with anyone. I am an honest person with old-fashioned values and beliefs; can't stand lies or deceit. I truly believe that any relationship; whether friendship or anything more, needs truth and honesty to survive.
That being said, you want to know more about me...hmmm...I don't particularly like to cook; however, I do enjoy baking for others. I do enjoy dining out though (as you may have guessed, a girls gotta eat). I love the arts/theatre/symphony, and yes, even catching a movie. I also enjoy spending a quiet evening at home watching a DVD. But I love to TRAVEL most of ALL. =)
I enjoy going out or staying in, as long as you are with family and/or friends you can and will have a good time. Life is too short not to enjoy yourself, right? ...
As I said, I love to talk... The truth is, as long as you are with the ones that you enjoy being with and enjoy sharing the ride of life/your journey... then it's ALL worth it in the end! I hope that you enjoy your journey. :) |

| Idea Of Fun | | I enjoy the outdoors. I love the sun on my face and arms. To have that special someone with you and walk together on a castle wall in Germany or climb a hill in Scotland with the sun on your face and the breeze blowing on your skin; that would be fun. Just to be with that person and ride side by side on horseback in the grand canyons or snorkel together in Key West or the Caribbean. Honestly, just to do things together with the one that you enjoy being with is true enjoyment... Truth is, you could just be sitting on you sofa watching TV... and still have fun. That special person can make even the most simple task and chores such as washing dishes fun and enjoyable. Life can be fun with that special someone. |

| Our First Date | | After being married for 22yrs, dating was at first strange for me, but I have found that I prefer lunch or dinner for a first date. It helps to get to know one another by conversing over a meal rather than setting through a movie and not really knowing whether we are compatible or interested in each other enough for a second date. Therefore, I prefer dining on the first date rather than a movie or theatre that would interfere with us getting to know each other. |

| Goal In Life | | Everyone has goals in life, and as life goes on, those change. I was a devoted wife for 22 yrs and thought that life would be different, but as I said, life goes through changes. My mother used to use that old saying, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade, " therefore my goal in life is to make the best of it. I will not deny that at first it was difficult. But after two years and the divorce final, I am in a much better place, both mentally and emotionally. Someday however, I would like to find my prince charming. I am not looking for him, but should he exist and we meet, wonderful. But regardless of Mr. Right, I will continue to live my life, love and care for my children and future grand children, and live each day to the most and best of my ability, to be a good person, to be honest and fair and to be kind to others. No, I'm not a politician. =) But I do believe in being honest and true to others. |

| Looking For | | I really am looking for someone that I feel that I can be myself with. I want to feel comfortable around them whether I'm in shorts fishing or an evening gown at a thing. For me, trust is the biggest issue. I believe a partner must be trustworthy. If you don't have trust, it will never work.
