| Goal In Life | | very important. My first knowing of God were as a child growing up in the country. As a child, I felt most connected to God while in nature, and in many respects nature has always been my saving grace, especially while growing up. Nature has always spoken very loudly of an incredible creator, a creator that cannot be denied.
Nature to me is so perfect and she speaks of such perfect order. I think because of nature, I always knew there was a God. I found peace and refuge in Mother Nature and retreated there often. My favorite things to do were climbing neighborhood fences, trees and riding my bike at the near by creek where I could not resist getting into, with fish often swimming up my pants leg. I was very happy to be in the country and am very thankful I got to grow up in a beautiful rural area such as Sonoma County, California, at the time. It has always been an incredible marvel to me to study the nature of life. |
