| Self Description | | Hi! My name is David, and I am a 42 year old white male. I live in Haines City, Florida, and have been in Florida all of my life.
My renewed fire for Christ has been ablaze since last year, and I am excited to see where He directs me. I have even decided to follow Him in full time service should He direct me in that way.
My life has seen many roads. I tried self directed paths, and strayed far from God's will for many many years. I struggled with problem after problem...and finally at a low point...God's great gracy, mercy, and favor shown upon me. I will never leave His side and His guidance again.
I love to serve my church, read my Bible, read books, fish, hunt, boat, travel when I can, and be with my Christian friends and family.
I am 6'1" and about 240 pounds, with brown/grey hair and brown/green eyes. I am clean cut, respectful, old fashioned in my ways, and a HUGE kid at heart. I love humor, and love doing for others. My call is to use my past, with all of it's rocky roads and life experiences to relate to others and deliver the message of Salvation and Hope to people I can relate to. It is a special calling.
I am full in Christ, but lonely in person. I do yearn to find a wife, and share God's will with her in our lives. I do not know however if God has this in store for me, so I pray for His guidance daily.
I seek someone who is stronger than my weakness, but in whos life I will be stronger than their weakness...all throught Christ. |
