I lost my best friend and partner 2 1/2 yrs ago. Life hasn't been the same without him and the plans that we made have mostly been left unfulfilled.
I am looking to see if lightning can strike twice and if there is another incredible man out there for me to journey through life with living life to the fullest creating beautiful memories.
I enjoy drives through the countryside, being outdoors, strolling hand in hand, gardening, and a good conversationalist who can make me laugh as well as a mind that stimulates mine. I love most time spent with family!
I’m just an old fashioned girl trying my best to live life to the fullest I bring integrity, honesty, loyalty and a nonjudgmental heart to the table. I expect the same in return…don’t want a player burning the candle at both ends. Is there someone out there willing to put the work in…to match me breath for breath, step for step, to have a heart full of love, joy and happiness? I am looking for someone who is just as happy and content sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor with only the glow of a cheap candle eating cold spaghetti out of a can as he would be dressed in his finest English silk suit dining at a fancy restaurant. Someone to make dinner with and screw up the recipe and have to order takeout. Someone who will smile at me when I chew his butt out. Someone who while sharing a glass of wine takes my hand and says, “May I have this dance my Love? and we dance in the kitchen together as our dinner simmers on the stove. Someone who just at the thought of them or the mention of their name, brings a smile to my face. Someone who recognizes and acknowledges the value that his woman has in his life and as such treats her like a lady! Someone who has a relationship with God and is thankful for all His blessings each and every day. Someone to share this beautiful journey of life and create lasting memories. Someone who challenges me to be the best version of myself. Someone who knows the difference between love and lust and that love cannot be bought or borrowed, but is freely given. Someone who will make me his world and together we face all the challenges life has to offer. I’m looking for that special someone who wants a forever home for his heart! Life is grand…just asking for some sprinkles to add to the whip cream!
